Disc Springs en sluitringen (Plain, sleuven en Multi Wave)
IIS
vervaardigt alle soorten Ball Bearing Disc Springs zowel
gewone en een sleuf en Preloading Bearing Sluitringen.
Ball-Bearing Disc Springs worden gebruikt met radiale
Kogellagers te minimaliseren trillingen en as
doorbuiging. Proper voorspaninrichting zal toenemen met
stijfheid en elimineren overmatige slijtage en scheur en
draait lawaai.

Voordelen van Ball Bearing Disc Springs Preloading
Sluitringen
:
1.
Aanzienlijke stijging of daling van de toegepaste kracht
zelfs met een kleine variatie in de vervorming.
2.
Backlash compensation en regressieve bochten
bijdragen tot het verminderen van de voorspanning
variaties wijzigingen
3. Zeer
lage werking kenmerken met een zeer groot
assortiment doorbuiging
4.
Vermenigvuldiging van geweld door het stapelen van
twee of meer parallel.
5.
Verkrijgbaar in alle maten om alle kogellager maten.
6.
Afschaffing van de geluidsoverlast en spelen in
kogellagers.
7.
Ronde vorm zorgt voor gelijke verdeling van de
belasting rond de peiling ring.

Toepassing van Preloaded Bearing Sluitringen in
Elektromotoren bijdraagt tot verlaging van de
exploitatiekosten lawaai. De voorspanning van
kracht blijft vrijwel constant, zelfs als er een
axiale verplaatsing van het lager als gevolg van
thermische uitzetting.
Als
de voorspanning is voornamelijk ter bescherming
van de invloed van trillingen schade bij
stilstand, dan grotere voorspanning is vereist |
